Refund policy

We really hope you're thrilled with your order, but if it doesn't quite meet your expectation, don't worry! You can return items within 30 days from the day they're delivered to you.

Just remember, the items must be unused and in their original packaging. We can't refund items that are broken or used.

As a small company, we can't cover the cost of return shipping. If you're in Germany, we can provide a DHL return label for €8.50, which we'll deduct from your refund. Otherwise, you can choose your own carrier. For returns from outside Germany, we unfortunately can't provide a return label. And please make sure your package has enough postage – we don't want you to incur any extra fees!

Gift cards are not returnable. 

You'll get a refund on your original payment method, minus the shipping cost. It might take up to 14 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
