We ship worldwide
- Germany: standard delivery €2.90, free for orders from €100, 2-4 working day
- Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Poland: standard delivery €8.90, 4-8 working days
- Liechtenstein & Switzerland: standard delivery €24,90, 4-8 working days
- UK & Rest of Europe: standard delivery, fees start from €13.90, calculated at checkout
- Rest of the World: standard delivery, fees start from €26.90, calculated at checkout
RETURNS
We really hope you're thrilled with your order, but if it doesn't quite meet your expectation, don't worry! You can return items within 30 days from the day they're delivered to you.
Please ensure the items are unused and in their original packaging.
As a small company, we can't cover the cost of return shipping. If you're in Germany, we can provide a DHL return label for €8.50, which we'll deduct from your refund. Otherwise, you can choose your own carrier. For returns from outside Germany, we unfortunately can't provide a return label. And please make sure your package has enough postage – we don't want you to incur any extra fees!
Gift cards are not returnable.
You'll get a refund on your original payment method, minus the shipping cost. It might take up to 14 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

EXCHANGES
For an exchange, simply begin the return process and go ahead with placing a new order.
