Dishwasher Our glasses are dishwasher safe. As with most handmade products, however, hand-washed is preferred. For dishwasher use, the following is recommended:
- avoid hard water where possible
- use the top shelf
- use gentle washing cycle and mild detergent
- wash with maximum 60°C water temperature
- avoid stacking while still warm from washing
Extreme Temperature Our glasses are not heat-resistant. They’re not suitable for microwave, oven or freezer. They should also not be used in boiling-hot drinks.
Maximum sudden change in temperature that the glass is subjected to should not exceed 60 °C range. (So, for example, if you’ve just taken it out of the dishwasher where it was washed at 50°C, please avoid putting straight-out-of-the-freezer ice cream in it!)
