CHARACTERISTICS OF HANDMADE GLASS
Unlike machine works, our handmade glasses all have their own individual signatures. So if you look closely, you might notice variations across two similar looking glasses (e.g. in shape, colour shade, or small air bubbles).
​But rest assured - the glasses from a collection give a consistent image on your table, while each glass still retains its individuality.

DISHWASHER
Our glasses are dishwasher safe. The following is recommended:
  • avoid hard water where possible
  • use the top shelf  
  • use gentle washing cycle and mild detergent 
    •
  • wash with maximum 60°C water temperature
    •
  • avoid stacking while still warm from washing

    As with most handmade products, however, our glasses are best hand-washed

    EXTREME TEMPERATURE
    Our glasses are not heat-resistant. They’re not suitable for microwave, oven or freezer. They should also not be used in boiling-hot drinks. 
    Maximum sudden change in temperature that the glass is subjected to should not exceed 60 °C range. (So, for example, if you’ve just taken it out of the dishwasher where it was washed at 50°C, please avoid putting straight-out-of-the-freezer ice cream in it.)

    We ship within Germany and the EU.
    Germany: standard delivery €2.90, free for orders from €90, 2-4 working days
    EU and Switzerland: standard delivery between €5.90 and €9.90 (calculated at checkout), free for orders from €150, 4-12 working days
      If your country is outside the EU, drop us a line and we'll see how we can help. Please note that in cases of shipping to outside the EU, duties and customs clearance fees may occur. These fees are responsible by the buyer.
